The Western Canadian Spill Services organization protects the environment from oil and gas spills in Canadian waters. Continual research and development, financed by the Petroleum companies insures environmental protection through spill contingency plans and training. Trained members are on standby around the clock and are part of a team that shows spill response readiness in emergencies.
